Along with all Swim21 clubs having to adapt the new ASA Guidence on Constitutions etc. Swimming Leagues are now also moving to adapt the same.
- The Crusader Swimming League Constitution 2013
- The Crusader League Competition Conditions 2019 revised 02-2019
- ASA Guidance – Mediating Club Disputes
- ASA Handbook including guidance on Fina Swimming Rules
- FINA Swimming Rules
(Note: Relay water starts is covered in ASA Guidance to FINA Swimming Rules Section SW10.b)
Region Approval of the Rules
In general the North West Region is only required to approve the Constitutional Rules of the league and does not normally get involved with competition rules as it is up to the league to decide how it wishes to conduct it own swimming events.
The Region would however wish to be assured the competitions and the events are conducted under ASA Laws and Regulations and the FINA Technical Rules of Swimming.
